That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, the TV anime based on the isekai fantasy light novel series, has just concluded the Japanese broadcast of its third season with the announcement that a fourth season of the TV series and a new theatrical anime film are both being produced. Aside from the teaser video (below), at the time of this writing no further details about the new productions have been revealed.
The original That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime light novels are written by Fuse, illustrated by Mitz Vah, and published Japan by Micro Magazine under their GC Novels imprint. Yen Press also publishes an English language version of the series. Atsushi Nakayama directs the TV anime at animation studio Eight Bit. Toshizo Nemoto provides the series composition, Ryoma Ebata provides the character design, and Hitoshi Fujima of Elements Garden provides the music.
