Pochazu, an upcoming original short form comedy TV anime focusing on the adventures of round and chubby animals, has revealed a new trailer (below). The trailer features the official theme song for the series, entitled “Hoshi ni demo Negattero” (“Why Don’t You Wish Upon a Star?”), which is performed by CreepHyp.
Sorotani serves as director, screenwriter, and character designer for Pochazu at animation studio DLE. Kyohei Matsuno provides the music, and Momoka Terasawa provides the voices for all the animals. The series begins broadcasting in Japan on October 8, 2024 as part of Fuji TV’s EXITV program.
