We’re just two days out from the premiere of Mecha-Ude: Mechanical Arms! The new anime adaptation gets the fall 2024 anime season started with a bang. Today, the upcoming series has released a creditless version of its action-packed opening sequence.

Okamoto directs Mecha-Ude: Mechanical Arms at animation studio TriF Studio. Yasuhiro Nakanishi provides the series composition, Terumi Nishii and Yoko Uchida provide the character designs, and KOHTA YAMAMOTO, DAIKI(AWSM.) and Hiroyuki Sawano provide the music. The series premieres October 3 and will stream on Crunchyroll.

Hikaru’s ordinary middle school life takes a thrilling turn when he encounters Alma, an alien entity resembling a mechanized limb called Mecha-Ude.
