Hot off the announcement of Steins;Gate and Monogatari series collaborating to celebrate their respective 15th anniversaries, the official accounts for the series’ confirmed today that the star collaboration at Tokyo Tower will be breaking ground (and not microwaves!) on October 16 to October 29. The previously released collaboration visual was updated to put the iconic tower in the background.
Alongside the Tokyo Tower take over, Steins;Gate and the Monogatari series will also be working together on a collaboration cafe in Harajuku with AnimaxCafe+ from October 16 to November 13 as well as a pop-up shop with Animega/Sofmap in November. Each collaboration has different goods for sale with all of them, including the Tokyo Tower collab, being detailed at a later time.
Both franchises are streaming on Crunchyroll, letting you catch up with both for their respective anniversaries. The latest of both to air has been the Monogatari Series with MONOGATARI Series OFF & MONSTER Season, streaming right now on Crunchyroll and describes the latest adaptation as such:
