Along with the Fall 2024 lineup comes a brand new season of THE iDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS, which means… even more music! Some of that music is front and center in the new opening song—”Prism Flare”—and you can see it in all its glory thanks to the recently-released creditless opening movie.
THE iDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS 2nd Season Creditless Opening
The first season of the TV anime series inspired by the game of the same name premiered in Japan on April 6, 2024. The second followed on October 4. Mankyu (THE iDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS Theater, The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague) directs the series for Polygon Pictures, with Bandai Namco Entertainment handling planning and production. Yoichi Kato (THE iDOLM@STER Million Live, Aikatsu!) is in charge of series composition and screenplay.Both seasons are now streaming on Crunchyroll, which describes the series like so:
