The official website and X (formerly Twitter) account for the upcoming Sakamoto Days TV anime revealed three additional voice cast members today.Natsuki Hanae (Tanjiro Kamado in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba) plays Nagumo, a member of the Order, a special force directly under JAA (Japanese Association of Assassins) and a colleague from Sakamoto’s hitman days. Taku Yashiro (Kakeru Juouin in KING OF PRISM) plays Shishiba, a cool, collected, and rational person who is also a member of the Order. And Saori Hayami (Yor Forger in SPY x FAMILY) plays Osaragi, a newcomer who joined after Sakamoto left the Order. Visuals and short promotional videos of the three were released, alongside an additional character video of Taro Sakamoto voiced by Tomokazu Sugita (Gintoki sakata in Gintama).

The TV anime adaptation of Yuto Suzuki’s action comedy manga Sakamoto Days is set to premiere in Japan in January 2025. Masaki Watanabe (Bartender) serves as the director at studio TMS Entertainment, with series composition by Taku Kishimoto (BLUE LOCK) and character designs by Yo Moriyama (MEGALOBOX director).The anime’s official website describes the synopsis as such:
