The Apothecary Diaries is celebrating Halloween in style with festive art of its characters in costume! Today marks the arrival of the second piece of new artwork, depicting Gaoshun dressed up in seasonal finery.Gaoshun is dressed as Leizhenzi, a winged Chinese thunder god who wields a golden rod. Norihiko Naganuma (The Ancient Magus’ Bride) directs the anime adaptation of The Apothecary Diaries, and also serves as series composer. Akinori Fudesaka (Tsuredure Children) is the assistant director at TOHO animation STUDIO and OLM.
