We’re getting the royal treatment from I Want to Escape from Princess Lessons for “Manners Day”, as the upcoming romance anime today unveiled a brand-new visual and a full trailer that announces a January 5, 2025 at 22:00 JST broadcast debut for Japanese television.
The trailer also provides a preview of the series’ opening song, “Kimi to shika Koishinai” performed by Jun Fukuyama, and two new cast members. Idol unit DIALOGUE+ (Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki OP, ED) will perform “Alibi na Curtsy” for the ending song.

Based on the light novels by Izumi Sawano and Miru Yumezaki, Shinobu Tagashira (Diabolik Lovers, Junji Ito Collection) directs and provides character designs for the I Want to Escape from Princess Lessons anime at studio EMT Squared, with Tomoko Kanemaki (Kingdom Hearts manga) alongside as series composer.
J-Novel Club publishes an official English version of the series and describes the story:
