This Friday will see the release of Attack on Titan The Movie: THE LAST ATTACK in theaters across Japan, which complies the last special episodes of Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS into one complete work, just as series director Yuichiro Hayashi first envisioned. To hype up the feature, the official accounts for the franchise revealed that the film will be getting a brand new post-credits scene, though as the post on X (formerly Twitter) notes, “the content of the video remains unknown.”
Alongside the hint of new animation from Attack on Titan, two new character trailers have been released over the last two days, with more set to come.

Attack on Titan The Movie: THE LAST ATTACK will reconstruct both parts of Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS into one 145-minute film. The compilation film is directed by Final Season director Yuichiro Hayashi at MAPPA.Both parts of Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS are available to watch on Crunchyroll alongside the rest of the decade-long anime franchise. Crunchyroll describes the series as such:
Known in Japan as Shingeki no Kyojin, many years ago, the last remnants of humanity were forced to retreat behind the towering walls of a fortified city to escape the massive, man-eating Titans that roamed the land outside their fortress. Only the heroic members of the Scouting Legion dared to stray beyond the safety of the walls – but even those brave warriors seldom returned alive. Those within the city clung to the illusion of a peaceful existence until the day that dream was shattered, and their slim chance at survival was reduced to one horrifying choice: kill – or be devoured!
