The sixth and latest volume of the manga adapting Wakatsu Yatsuki and Kikka Ohashi’s The Other World’s Books Depend on the Bean Counter (Isekai no Sata wa Shachiku Shidai) light novel series released today in Japan revealed that an anime adaptation is in production. Additional details, such as staff, cast and release date, were not confirmed at the time of reporting.
The isekai boys’ love series has over 1.4 million copies in print.

Yen Press publishes an official English version of both the original light novels and Kazuki Irodori’s manga adaptation, describing the story like so:
