The official website for the web anime series Nights with a Cat has started streaming a new trailer for its upcoming third season. The clip features a new theme song “Aisazu niwa Irarenai” (“I can’t help but love you”) sung by singer-songwriter Kashitaro Ito. This is the third time that Ito has provided a theme song for the anime, following “Hinata no Kuni” (“The land in the sun”) for the first season in 2022 and “Neko Neko Biyori” (“A perfect day for cats”) for the season season in 2023. The sit has also confirmed that the new season will start streaming on December 4 at 20:00 (JST).
Nights with a Cat Season 3 Trailer
“I have sung the theme songs for ‘Nights with a Cat’ for Season 1 and 2, but this was my first attempt to leave the lyrics and music composition to other cat lovers, even though I am a singer-songwriter,” said Ito. “As a result, I think we were able to portray a very lovable cat. I am struck by Kyuruga’s charm every time I watch the episodes, this song is just perfect for such a work. I hope this song will make you look forward to seeing a new Kyuruga every week!”
