DEMON LORD 2099 is preparing to kick off a new story-line in style with the “Cybermagic City Akihabara” arc. The series previewed the upcoming arc with a new trailer, key art and cast additions have been revealed for the anime. Crunchyroll also streams the series as part of the fall 2024 anime simulcast lineup.

The original DEMON LORD 2099 light novels are written by Daigo Murasaki, illustrated by Kureta and published in Japan by Fujimi Shobo under their Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint. Yen Press also publishes an English language version. Ryo Ando directs the TV anime at animation studio J.C.STAFF. Yuichiro Momose provides the series composition, Ryousuke Tanigawa provides the character designs, and Tatsuya Kato provides the music.Crunchyroll describes DEMON LORD 2099:
