Dragon Ball DAIMA episode 9 closed out with the appearance of Majin Kuu, and now the character’s voice cast member has been revealed as Tomokazu Seki (Archer in Fate/Zero). “I always aspired to be in “Dragon Ball” since before I even became a voice actor. Once I pictured my dream, I participated in a few auditions, but ended up with a history of failures. I finally passed an audition, which felt like, “At long last, I got a part! I finally passed!” My character is shrouded in mystery. I hope everyone looks forward to seeing me in action!”
Dragon Ball series creator Akira Toriyama worked on the original story and character design for Dragon Ball DAIMA, with Yoshitaka Yashima directing the series at Toei Animation. Aya Komaki also works as Series Director on the anime.
