Ahead of a February 2, 2025 theatrical release in Japan, the upcoming Senpai is an Otokonoko anime film, subtitled “Ame Nochi Hare”, today released a brand-new trailer and key visual. Kujira (whaledontsleep) returns to perform the sequel’s theme song with “Otona ni Narenai”, while Toshiya Miyata joins the cast as Hiroshi Hongo.

Based on the manga by Pom, Shinsuke Yanagi (Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki) directs Senpai is an Otokonoko at studio project No.9, with series composition by Yoriko Tomita (My Dress-Up Darling), character designs by Shoto Shinkai and music by Yukari Hashimoto (A Sign of Affection). The series also stars Shuichiro Umeda, Akira Sekine and Yuma Uchida.
