Ahead of a January 9, 2025 broadcast debut in Japan, the official website and accounts for From Bureaucrat to Villainess: Dad’s Been Reincarnated! today unveiled a brand-new trailer for the upcoming isekai comedy anime. Two additional cast members are introduced and the series’ opening song, “Choose!!!” by Cidergirl, is also previewed.

Based on the manga by Michiro Ueyama, Tetsuya Takeuchi directs From Bureaucrat to Villainess: Dad’s Been Reincarnated! at studio Ajia-do, with series composition by Shingo Irie (AFTERLOST), character designs by Haruka Matsunae (Ascendance of a Bookworm Seasdon 3)and music by Natsumi Tabuchi (I’m the Villainess, So I’m Taming the Final Boss), Misaki Tsuchida, Tsugumi Tanaka, Kaho Sawada and Reiko Abe.
The story of the series follows Kenzaboro Tondabayashi, a 52-year-old man who finds himself reincarnated in the role of Grace, a villainess daughter in a world similar to an otome game.
