Season 3 of the Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War anime is fast approaching its finale—and that finale promises to be a special occasion! Fans can look forward to an hour-long, two-episode event, as well as the arrival of two new cast members.
Episodes 39 and 40 will be airing back-to-back on December 28 on Hulu (US) and Disney+ (INTL):
Two more voice actors will also be joining the cast in the season’s final episodes, playing younger versions of familiar characters. Marina Inoue (Armin Arlelt in Attack on Titan) will be voicing Jugo—a.k.a. young Jugram Haschwalth:
And Chiaki Kobayashi (Mash Burnedead in MASHLE: MAGIC AND MUSCLES) plays Bazz—a.k.a. young Bazz-B:
The 13-episode first part of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, which adapts the concluding arc of Tite Kubo’s Bleach manga series, was streamed on Disney+ and Hulu around the world from October to December 2022. The second part premiered in July 2023 and ran until September. Part 3, subtitled The Conflict, premiered in October 2024.
