The staff members of the OneRoom anime series have reunited to launch “PROJECT OneLeaf,” a project for completely new works. The staff have established a new animation studio, STUDIO OneRoom, to create original content including an all-new anime that will continue the series, new forms of presentation, and user-participation programs, according to the official press release and website. The concept is “creating together with fans.”

As the first program to kick off “PROJECT OneLeaf,” a new anime novel game titled OneRoom － Yui Hanasaka Memorial－ will release on Steam on January 11, 2025, the anniversary of the TV anime’s first season premiere. The game will allow users to re-experience the story of Yui Hanasaka (voiced by M. A. O), one of the main heroines of the series. The price is 500 yen (3.25 USD).In the TV anime, the main character (you) met her as a neighbor in your apartment, became her boyfriend and reached a significant turning point in you and her life. In this game, you can look back on the story up to the second season and experience the story of the third season again. The game features various original footage from the anime and includes a newly written “Yui Hanasaka’s Monologue,” which was not depicted in the main story, as well as a collection of valuable materials as a clear bonus.

OneRoom is an omnibus-style short anime series that depicts special days with various heroines from a first-person protagonist viewpoint. The heroines were designed by illustrator Kantoku (HENNEKO – The Hentai Prince and the Stony Cat –, A Sister’s All You Need). The first season aired in 2017, the second in 2018, and the third in 2020.Crunchyroll streams all the three seasons and describes the story:
