Japanese record company Nippon Columbia’s official YouTube channel is now streaming an opening-size lyric music video for “SHINSEKAI yori” (“From A New World”), the opening theme song for the DEAD DEAD DEMONS DEDEDEDE DESTRUCTION anime series.

Inio Asano, the DEAD DEAD DEMONS DEDEDEDE DESTRUCTION manga’s original author, wrote the lyrics and composed the music for the song, which was sung by singer ano and Lilas Ikuta (the vocalist of the musical unit YOASOBI), who were also worked on the theme songs for the anime’s two-part film.“SHINSEKAI yori” released digitally on November 15, and will also be included in the anime’s soundtrack album to release on December 25, 2025.

The anime adaptation of Inio Asano’s manga DEAD DEAD DEMONS DEDEDEDE DESTRUCTION first released theatrically as a two-part movie in Japan on March 22 and May 24, 2024. Then its 18-episode format series, which includes episodes that not told in the films, started streaming on Crunchyroll on May 23, 2024, for members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, Indian subcontinent and Southeast Asia.Crunchyroll describes the series as such:
