The latest 14th volume of Yu Tsurusaki (story) and Shin Ikezawa (art)’s isekai fantasy comedy manga series Life with an Ordinary Guy who Reincarnated into a Total Fantasy Knockout released in Japan today on December 19. Japanese game and digital contents company Cygames confirmed today that the series surpassed one million copies in print (including digital editions) with the release of the volume. The manga has been serialized in the company’s Cycomi website since November 2019. The manga’s story wrier Tsurusaki said on her official X (formerly Twitter) :”Have you heard? it has printed over one million copies!!!! Is it really okay to sell a million copies of this…? A manga like this…” and “At any rate, I am glad that I have been doing this for so long. I will continue to do my best.” On the other hand, Ikezawa, who is in charge of drawing, jokingly muttered on X: “I’ll go negotiate to ask one million percent royalty rate to commemorate the one millionth copy.”

The manga’s TV anime adaptation aired for 12 episodes from January to March 2022. Crunchyroll is streaming the series for members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS.Crunchyroll describes the anime as such:
