The official YouTube channel for singer-songwriter Eve has newly released a special music video for his 23rd digital single song “Teenage Blue.” The pop tune is featured as the ending theme for the fall 2024 TV anime Blue Box (known as Ao no Hako in Japan), and this new music video is a compilation of memorable scenes from the anime’s previous 12 episodes. Nobutaka Yoda, who has worked with Eve on numerous projects, including the music videos for “Bokura Mada Underground” and “Bubble feat. Uta,” the film “Adam by Eve: A Live in Animation,” and Eve’s live stage productions, serves as the director.

After various independent activities, Eve made his major debut from TOY’S FACTORY in February 2019. Among anime fans, he is best known for his fourth digital single song released in October 2020, “Kaikai Kitan,” which was featured as the first opening theme for the TV anime JUJUTSU KAISEN.“Teenage Blue” released digitally on October 4, 2024 and peaked at #17 in Oricon’s weekly digital single charts. The song was also included in his fourth major album “Under Blue,” which released on November 27 and ranked #5 in Oricon’s weekly album charts.

The TV anime adaptation of Kouji Miura’s romantic comedy / sports manga Blue Box premiered in Japan on October 3, 2024, and it also streams on Netflix.
