Episode 11 of Dragon Ball DAIMA made its way to TV in Japan and Crunchyroll today, and with it comes the addition of a new cast member. The latest is Fukushi Ochiai (Kimura in KARAKAI JOZU NO TAKAGI-SAN), who voices Majin Duu.You can see his character design and voice actor comments in the image below.
Here’s what Ochiai had to say about the role:
“It’s a dream come true to finally be in “Dragon Ball.”
As a child, I dreamed of being in the same world as Goku, fighting with or against him. When I got the role, I let out a shout of joy.

Dragon Ball DAIMA, the latest TV anime series from the world of Dragon Ball, premiered in Japan on October 11, 2024. Crunchyroll streams the series and describes it like so:
Goku and company were living peaceful lives when they suddenly turned small due to a conspiracy! When they discover that the reason for this may lie in a world known as the “Demon Realm”, a mysterious young Majin named Glorio appears before them.
