Blue Exorcist, the ongoing TV anime based on the dark fantasy manga by Kazue Kato, is entering a new story arc entitled Blue Exorcist -The Blue Night Saga- set to begin on January 4, 2025. A new key visual was also published alongside the announcement for the upcoming part following the broadcast of -Beyond the Snow Saga- episode 12.Crunchyroll currently streams Blue Exorcist, and will stream Blue Exorcist -The Blue Night Saga- as part of the winter 2025 anime simulcast lineup.
The Blue Exorcist series will also host a stage event at Jump Festa 2025 on December 22 starting at 1:50 p.m. JST.Shueisha publishes the original Blue Exorcist manga in their Jump Square manga magazine. VIZ Media also publishes an English language version of the series. Daisuke Yoshida directs the TV anime at studio VOLN, with Toshiya Ono providing the series composition, Yurie Ohigashi on character designs and chief animation direction, and KOHTA YAMAMOTO and Hiroyuki Sawano providing the music.Crunchyroll describes the Blue Exorcist as such:
