The official website for Uta no Prince-sama The Movie: TABOO NIGHT XXXX, a new concert film from the Uta no Prince-sama franchise, has released a teaser trailer featuring the film’s main group, QUARET NIGHT. In the clip, the four members, dressed in black and white phantom-like costumes, are performing in all directions at a live venue.

As the “senior” group to ST☆RISH, the franchise’s main idol group, QUARTET NIGHT has appeared since the TV anime second season Uta no Prince -sama Maji Love 2000% aired in 2013.QUARTET NIGHT members:

The franchise’s first concert film featuring the seven-member idol unit ST☆RISH, Uta no Prince-sama The Movie: Maji LOVE Kingdom, released in Japan in June 2019 and earned 1.82 billion yen (12.70 million USD) from its total domestic run. Then the second film, Uta no Prince-sama The Movie: Maji LOVE ST☆RISH TOUR, followed in September 2022 and surpassed the predecessor’s box office gross by earning 2.29 billion yen (16 million USD). As the third concert from the franchise, Uta no Prince-sama The Movie: TABOO NIGHT XXXX is set to release in Japan on May 9, 2025.
