Step into the shoes of Haruka Sakura and the rest of Bofurin in WIND BREAKER: Rebel Heroes! The upcoming mobile game turns the CloverWorks anime into a gacha fighting game, letting players relive key fights from the series.Today, a new trailer shows us more of the gameplay and graphics, as well as previewing the anime’s voice actors returning to their roles:

Pre-registration is now open for the mobile game, which will go live in Japan on March 12, 2025. At present, there is no word on whether the game will receive a global release.Toshifumi Akai (Fate/Grand Order Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia) directs the WIND BREAKER anime, based on the manga by Satoru Nii, at studio CloverWorks, with series composition by Hiroshi Seko (Chainsaw Man), character designs by Taishi Kawakami and music by Ryo Takahashi (SK8 the Infinity). A second season is scheduled to premiere in April 2025.Crunchyroll streams the first season in a range of subs and dubs, describing the story like so:
