The Sakamoto Days anime adaptation is right around the corner on January 11, so it’s time to check out a creditless version of the opening sequence. See how episodes begin to the sounds of Vaundy’s opening song, “Hashire SAKAMOTO,” in the video below.

As previously reported, a second cour will follow in July 2025.Based on the manga by Yuto Suzuki, Masaki Watanabe (Bartender) directs Sakamoto Days at studio TMS Entertainment, with series composition by Taku Kishimoto (BLUE LOCK) and character designs by Yo Moriyama (MEGALOBOX director). Netflix is slated to stream the anime worldwide.VIZ Media publishes an official English version of the manga and describes the story:
