After the premiere of Toilet-bound Hanako-kun Season 2 in Japan on January 12, the anime’s opening and ending song artists posted music videos for their songs on their official YouTube channel.Following the first season’s “No.7,” singer-songwriter Masayoshi Oishi performs the opening song “L’oN.” This title is an inversion of “No.7.”He has provided two theme songs in this winter 2025 season, along with the opening theme song “Shujinkou ni Narou! feat. Airi Suzuki” for Sorairo Utility. A double A-side single including both songs is set to release as his 14th CD single on February 19.

Voice actor Akari Kito also performed the ending theme song “With a Wish.” Same as Oishi, she sang the first season’s ending song “Tiny Light,” and also plays the anime’s main heroine character, Nene Yashiro. The song was written and composed by guitarist and producer Saku, who also worked on “Tiny Light.”As her seventh solo CD single, “With a Wish” will release in Japan on February 26, 2025.

Based on the manga by Aidalro, the first season of Toilet-bound Hanako-kun was directed by Masaomi Ando at studio Lerche, with series composition by Yasuhiro Nakanishi, character designs by Mayuka Ito and music by Hiroshi Takaki. Masaki Kitamura directed the eight-episode After-school Hanako-kun spin-off anime, also at studio Lerche. Yohei Fukui now directs the second season.
