The official website for the Space Battleship Yamato remake anime series announced today that anisong singer TRUE will perform the ending theme “Eureka” for Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 3199‘s upcoming third chapter “Gunjou no Asteroid” (literally means “Asteroid of the Ultramarine Blue”).Lantis’ official YouTube channel is now streaming a short preview video of the song.
Sounosuke Takao, known for his soundtrack work on Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable!, provided the music for “Eureka,” with TRUE herself working on the lyrics under the name Miho Karasawa.The site carries the following message from TRUE:

Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 3199 Chapter 3 Teaser Trailer
Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 3199 is based on the feature film Be Forever Yamato (Yamato yo Towa ni in Japan) in 1980, and also includes some elements from the third original TV series Space Battleship Yamato III in 1980-1981. Following the first chapter in July 2024 and the second in November 2024, the upcoming third of the new seven-chapter series (consisting of 26 episodes in total) will start its theatrical screenings in Japan on April 11, 2025.
