April 2025 marks the debut of the Danjo no Yujo wa Seiritsu Suru? (Iya, Shinai!!) anime, which adapts the romantic comedy light novel series by Nana Nanana. A new cast member has been tossed into the mix this week, with Yuka Nukui (Anne Halford in Sugar Apple Fairy Tale) to voice Rinne Enomoto. Here’s a look at the character’s design:
Sayumi Suzushiro (Nijika Ijichi in BOCCHI THE ROCK!) voices the main heroine Himari Inuzuku and Kikunosuke Toya (Denji in Chainsaw Man) voices the male protagonist Yuu Natsume.Yohei Suzuki (Sugar Apple Fairy Tale) directs the anime at studio J.C.STAFF, with series composition by Nozu Yaemori and character designs by Natsuki Oyama.The story follows shy plant-loving boy Yuu and cheerful girl Himari as they become lifelong friends in a small town. Himari even promises to marry Yuu if he can’t find a wife by the time he’s 30.
