The official YouTube channel for Japanese hip-hop group UMEDA CYPHER began streaming an anime collaboration music video for their latest song, “OOKAMI” (literally translated as “wolf”). The song is now featured as the opening theme for the second cour of the TV anime Blue Miburo.

UMEDA CYPHER started its activities in Umeda, Osaka in 2007 and made their major debut from SME Records in March 2023. Following the digital release on January 11, the CD single of “OOKAMI” released in Japan on January 29.

The TV anime adaptation of Tsuyoshi Yasuda’s historical manga Blue Miburo premiered in Japan on October 12, 2024. Crunchyroll is now streaming the series for members in the United States, Canada, Oceania, Latin America, and the United Kingdom.Crunchyroll describes the anime series:
