The official staff X (formerly Twitter) for singer-songwriter Masayoshi Oishi has announced that his digital rock unit OxT (pronounced O-Ku-To) will collaborate with Tom-H@ck’s contemporary creative unit MYTH & ROID (pronounced as Miss Android) to produce the 10th anniversary song for the Overlord anime franchise. At this time it is unclear how and when the song will be released.The two units have provided theme songs for the anime franchise since its first season in 2015, but this is the first time they have worked together on a song. Additionally, the song will also be produced to celebrate both unit’s debut 10th anniversary.
OxT, which consists of vocalist Masayoshi Oishi and guitarist/composer Tom-H@ck, released their first single “KIMERO!!” in May 2015.For the Overlord TV anime series, the unit has provided the first season opening song “Clattanoia,” second season opening song “GO CRY GO,” third season ending song “Silent Solitude,” and fourth season opening song “HOLLOW HUNGER.”

MYTH & ROID made their debut with their first single “L.L.L.” in August 2015. They have performed the Overlord TV anime’s first season ending song “L.L.L.,” second season ending song “HYDRA,” and third season opening song “VORACITY.” And the unit’s first vocalist Mayu Maeshima sang the fourth season’s ending song “No Man’s Dawn.”

Crunchyroll streams all four seasons of the OVERLORD TV anime, based on the light novels by Kugane Maruyama. The synopsis of the whole series reads:
When a popular MMORPG is scheduled to be shut down permanently, veteran player Momonga refuses to log out. As NPCs begin to develop personalities and minds of their own he decides to put his skills to use as the game’s new overlord.
