The last boss returns, this time with the mind of a man isekai’d into his MMO character. The first trailer for the A Wild Last Boss Appeared! TV anime was released today, revealing a new teaser visual, the voice actors for the two lead characters (including that titular “last boss”), the lead staff members, and an October 2025 premiere.

Yuya Horiuchi (Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club episode director) will direct A Wild Last Boss Appeared! at studio WAO! World. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Shangri-La Frontier) will write the series composition, Maiko Ebisawa (Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club key animator) will draw the character designs, and Takashi Kobayashi and Shota Ueno will serve as sub-character designers. WOWMAX will produce the series alongside NBC Universal.
