Ahead of a planned 2025 release, the official anime website and accounts for Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra today revealed the casting of Kikuko Inoue (Mirellia in The Rising of the Shield Hero) as Isla, Queen of Bugs and Riko Sasaki (Uika in Ave Mujica – The Die is Cast –) as Emle, with an updated teaser visual also released to accommodate them. They join Toshiki Kumagai as Takuto Ira and Tomori Kusunoki as Sludge Ato.
Animation staff details for the isekai fantasy series are yet to be confirmed.

Yen Press publishes an official English version of Yasaiko Midorihana’s manga adaptation and describes the story:
Bedridden and abandoned, Takuto Ira spent his days in the hospital trying to beat the illness that was slowly killing him.
