Obuchi made her solo singer debut with “Akaku Somete Shinzou” (“Dye My Heart Red”), the ending theme for the spring 2024 TV anime Mysterious Disappearances, in May 2024. As Obuchi’s second single song, “Saijokyu no Kokoro” was written and composed by Enon Kawatani (Gesu no Kiwami Otome). “I wrote this song with the ‘Supreme Heart.’ led by Obuchi-san’s singing voice, I was absorbed in writing,” he said in a statement regarding the song. “As a lover of reincarnation stories, this offer was like a reward for me. I have a lot to look forward to next year.”

Based on the light novels by Nozomi Ginyoku and Mitsuki Yano, Tetsuo Hirakawa (Grimoire of Zero) directs Beheneko: The Elf-Girl’s Cat is Secretly an S-Ranked Monster! at studios Zero-G and Saber Works, with series composition by Kanichi Kato (The Eminence in Shadow), character designs by Tomoyuki Abe and music by Yusuke Shirato (In the Heart of Kunoichi Tsubaki) and oni.Yen Press publishes an official English version of the manga under the title I’m a Behemoth, an S-Ranked Monster, but Mistaken for a Cat, I Live as an Elf Girl’s Pet and describes the story:
