The official YouTube channel for Himitsu no AiPri, the ongoing latest installment in the idol-themed Pretty Series, started streaming a main trailer for its second TV anime season, subtitled “Ring Arc.”
The clip confirms the second season is set to premiere in Japan on April 6, 2025. While the first season aired on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m., the second season will air 30 minutes earlier at 9:30 a.m.

The AiPri franchise’s official X (formerly Twitter) also posted a new key visual for the second season.

Nagisa Saito, a former member of the female idol group =LOVE and an ambassador for the Himitsu no AiPri franchise, will make her voice-acting debut as Wako-sensei, the librarian at Paradise Academy.

The opening theme song for the second season titled “Ring Ring Ring feat. Himari” will be provided by Pmaru-sama, who also provided the opening theme song for the first season. The song featuring Himari Aozora (voiced by MinoriFujidera), one of the tow protagonists, will be available on digital platforms on April 6, the second season’s premiere day in Japan.

Meanwhile, the new ending theme song titled “Himitsu no Fufufu” is performed by the six-member idol unit Cho Tokimeki Sendenbu. The ending theme song will be available digitally on March 21.

The Pretty Series is a TV anime based on the games jointly developed by Takara Tomy Arts and syn Sophia. The first TV anime Pretty Rhythm: Aurora Dream aired in April 2011, followed by Pretty Rhythm: Dear My Future (2012-2013), Pretty Rhythm: Rainbow Live (2013 – 2014), Pripara (2014-2017), Idol Time Pripara (2017-2018), Kiratto Pri☆Chan (2018-2021), and Waccha PriMagi! (2021-2022).
The first season of Himitsu no Aipri premiered in Japan on April 7, 2024. The synopsis reads:
The main characters, Himari Aozora and Mitsuki Hoshikawa, have entered Paradise Academy, a private school. Himari’s dream is to make 10,000 friends! But Himari, who tends to be shy and nervous, may find it a little difficult…
But Himari unexpectedly makes her AiPri debut! She has a “secret” that she can’t even tell her best friend, Mitsuki! But it seems that Mitsuki has a “secret” too…
