IGN Fan Fest 2025 continues to roll out with a bunch of announcements and first looks, including a preview of the upcoming The Beginning After the End anime. A new video debuted to show off the first minute of episode 1, followed by an interview with creator TurtleMe that offers insight into his influences, the story’s development, how the adaptation compares to the source material and more.
The Making of The Beginning After the End
The series will begin its broadcast in April 2025, with Crunchyroll streaming as it airs.
Keitaro Motonaga (Digimon Adventure tri., Date A Live) directs the adaptation at studio A-CAT, with Takamitsu Kouno on series composition, Masami Sueoka on character designs and Keiji Inai on music.
The Beginning After the End manhwa is available digitally on Tapas and in print via Yen Press. Crunchyroll describes the series:
