The Catcher in the Ballpark! continues to reveal new cast members—today, another beer girl joins the ranks! Say hello to Kohinata, voiced by Maaya Uchida.
Fans may recognize Uchida as the voices of Catarina Claes in My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! and Nodoka Toyohama in the Rascal Does Not Dream series. Here she plays Kohinata, a veteran beer girl of ten years. She’s an ace who’s sold 400 cups in a single day, and is something of a “big sister” to the other beer sellers.
Junichi Kitamura (Fluffy Paradise) directs The Catcher in the Ballpark! anime at studio EMT Squared, with series composition by Shigeru Murakoshi (I Parry Everything), character designs by Fumio Iida and music by MONACA (Shangri-La Frontier). The series is based on the manga by Tatsuro Suga.

One day at a baseball stadium, a gyaru selling beer approaches!? But she’s actually a super innocent and kind-hearted girl…♡
The setting is a pro-league baseball stadium! Many people gather there every day to work and laugh together, and human drama is born there — it’s almost like a town!
