The Go! Go! Loser Ranger! anime, based on the manga by Negi Haruba, will be superhero kicking its way back onto screens this April in its second season. Before then, though, a brand new trailer was released, set to the newly announced opening theme song and also revealed the ending theme song.

The opening theme song, “Maji de Sekai Kae Chau 5-byo Mae (5 Seconds Before the World Really Changes),” performed by Okinawan rock band ORANGE RANGE, can be heard in the above trailer. The ending theme song will be “Seigi,” performed by Fukurow note.
Keiichi Sato (Tiger & Bunny) directs Go! Go! Loser Ranger! at studio Yostar Pictures, with series composition written by Keiichiro Ochi (UNDER NINJA), character designs by Kahoko Koseki and music by Yoshihiro Ike (Akiba Maid War). The second season premieres in Japan on April 13.
Disney+ streams the series worldwide and describes the story as such:
What if the 13-year-long battle for survival that had been ongoing between the monsters and the Ranger Force was actually a farce all along? With their old hideout and bosses wiped out, the surviving Dusters make a secret agreement with the Ranger Force to engage in the weekly Sunday Showdown – one where they will always be defeated.
