The official anime website and accounts for Kunon the Sorcerer Can See today unveiled a brand-new teaser visual and the fantasy series’ main cast, which includes Saori Hayami (Shinobu in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba) as Kunon and Maaya Uchida (Katarina in My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!) as Iko. The pair will appear at an AnimeJapan 2025 stage event on March 23.
A release date and production staff members are yet to be confirmed.

First published in March 2022 by Kadokawa, Umikaze Minamino and Laruha’s Kunon the Sorcerer Can See light novel series currently spans seven volumes. La-na’s manga adaptation has published five volumes to date while being serialized in Monthly Comic Alive.
Yen Press publishes an official English version of the novels and describes the story:
Genius sorcerer Kunon has gotten his business on track and won the rare honor of concurrent membership in three of the magic school’s factions. Now he plans to start a few joint research projects with his illustrious seniors.
