A brand-new trailer and visual released for original anime Hibi wa Sugiredo Meshi Umashi (Food for the Soul) today announced an April 12 at 24:30 JST (effectively April 13 at 0:30) premiere date for Japanese television and introduced the slice-of-life series’ cast, which includes:
Mako Kawai voiced by Hana Shimano
Kurea Furutachi voiced by Ai Kakuma
Shinon Ogawa voiced by Yoshino Aoyama
Tsutsuji Higa voiced by Natsune Inui
Nana Hoshi voiced by Saya Aizawa

With an original story and character designs by Non Non Biyori creator Atto, Shinya Kawatsura (Non Non Biyori) and Toru Shunsui jointly direct Food for the Soul at studio P.A.WORKS, with series composition by Yoshihiro Hiki (Akiba Maid War), character designs adapted for animation by Hajime Mitsuda (Akiba’s Trip The Animation) and music by Hitomi Mizutani (Non Non Biyori).
