The titular “hero party” of the upcoming White Magician Exiled From the Hero Party, Picked Up by S-Rank Adventurer anime, based on the light novel series written by Sora Suigetsu and illustrated by DeeCHA, filled out its own ranks today by announcing the voice actors for five more characters. Along with the casting announcement, all their character visuals were released.

Hiroshi Yamada (Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for My Retirement) directs the White Magician Exiled From the Hero Party, Picked Up by S-Rank Adventurer anime, known as Yuusha Party wo Tsuihou sareta Shiromadoushi, S-Rank Boukensha ni Hirowareru in Japan, at studio Felix Film, with series composition by Akihiko Inari and character designs by Yuta Ito.
The novel has been serialized in the Japanese self-publishing website Shousetsuka ni Narou since March 2020. The M Novels imprint has published its print edition since November 2020, releasing seven volumes to date. The Monster Comics imprint has published the manga adaptation drawn by Wasabi Mukuno since May 2021.
The synopsis reads as such (translated):
“We don’t need a white magician who isn’t good enough.” One day, Lloyd, a white magician, is expelled from the hero party. Lloyd has lost his job but he happens to accompany the S-rank party on their quest. At this time, no one knew that the hero party would collapse and Lloyd would gain fame. This is the story of a substandard user of support magic who thinks he is normal, becomes an adventurer, and unknowingly has an unparalleled ability.
