An official website and X (formerly Twitter) account opened today revealed that a TV anime adaptation of The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest is in the works for an October 2025 broadcast. Commemorative illustrations, a teaser trailer and visual and staff details were also unveiled, along with the casting of Shuichiro Umeda (Akira in Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead) as protagonist Alec.

Based on the light novels by Aruto and Yunagi, Ken Takahashi (Ragna Crimson) directs The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest at studio GEKKOU, with assistant direction by Masamune Hirata, series composition by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Shangri-La Frontier) and character designs by Yoko Sato (I’m in Love with the Villainess). K Manga publishes an official English version of Yuki Moji’s manga adaptation and describes the story:
