Ahead of an April 10 broadcast and subsequent simulcast on Crunchyroll, the A Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof stage event at AnimeJapan 2025 today announced three additional cast members for characters who will appear in the first episode, as follows:

Based on the manga by HundredBurger, Yukihiro Miyamoto (Magia Record) directs A Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof at studio SHAFT, with series composition by Fuyashi To (March comes in like a lion), character designs and chief animation direction by Kazuya Shiotsuki (Assault Lily BOUQUET) and music by Ryunosuke Kasai (Love After World Domination).
Crunchyroll describes the story:
On the way home from school one day, Konoha Koga rescues Satoko Kusagakure, a ninja who escaped her village. Soon, pursuers from the village show up in search of Satoko only to be deftly dealt with by Konoha. As it turns out, the unassuming high schooler is actually an assassin. Thus, the potentially cutthroat cohabitation of a ninja and an assassin begins!
