The TV anime adaptation of romantic comedy manga Medaka Kuroiwa is Impervious to My Charms concluded the airing of its first season with Episode 12 today. Following the broadcast, an official post from the series’ X (formerly Twitter) account confirmed that a second season is in-production. A release date for the second season was not announced at the time of reporting.

Kodansha serialized the original Medaka Kuroiwa is Impervious to My Charms manga by Ran Kuze in their Weekly Shonen Magazine publication since May 2021, and a total of 18 collected volumes have been published in Japan to date. Kodansha USA also publishes an English-language version of the series. Yoshiaki Okumura directs the TV anime at animation studio SynergySP. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu provides the series composition, Mayumi Watanabe provides the character designs, and Akiyuki Tateyama provides the music.
