The city of CITY THE ANIMATION continues to grow with today’s announcement of two more cast members for the adaptation of Keiichi Arawi’s comedy manga. Both Kazutomi Yamamoto and Kiyomitsu Mizuuchi join the series today as Obaba / Mokumesei Manor Landlord and Ii Hito (Good Person) with little character animations released on the series’ official X (formerly Twitter).
Tachi Ishidate (Violet Evergarden) directs CITY THE ANIMATION at studio Kyoto Animation, with character design and chief animation direction by Tamami Tokuyama (Sound! Euphonium animation director) and art direction by Shiori Yamazaki. Instrumental band Piranhans provides the music. The series premieres on July 6.
