A new website has opened announcing an anime adaptation of the manga Ponkotsu Fuuki Iin to Skirt-take ga Futekisetsu na JK no Hanashi. While details are scant for now, we do have a basic crew list behind the upcoming high school rom-com.
Takuma Yokota pens the ongoing manga, whose title translates to “The Story Between a Dumb Prefect and a High School Girl with an Inappropriate Skirt Length” and is shortened to PonSuka. The announcement art above shows the “dumb prefect” and high school girl in question: Tougo Sakuradaimon and Poemu Kohinata, respectively.
Daiji Iwanaga (My First Girlfriend Is a Gal episode director) is attached to direct the series at Zero-G, with Yo Himuro (sub character setting, Delicious in Dungeon) handling character designs.
The original manga is currently published in Kodansha’s Monthly Shonen Sirius manga magazine. The anime’s official website contains very few details at the moment, but we’ll be keeping an eye out for more news!
