Kocchi no Kento Shares My Hero Academia: Vigilantes Anime Opening Song Music Video

Japanese artist Kocchi no Kento released a music video today for his latest song "Kekka Orai" (literally meaning "It turned out all right in the end") on his official YouTube channel. The pop tune is now featured as the opening theme for the spring 2025 TV anime My Hero Academia: Vigilantes. "Kekka Orai" is Kocchi no Kento's first anime opening theme song work in his career.

Japanese artist Kocchi no Kento released a music video today for his latest song “Kekka Orai” (literally meaning “It turned out all right in the end”) on his official YouTube channel. The pop tune is now featured as the opening theme for the spring 2025 TV anime My Hero Academia: Vigilantes.

“Kekka Orai” is Kocchi no Kento’s first anime opening theme song work in his career. The video, composed of unique pixel art, was produced by freelance filmmaker The Worst Vegetable Corner.

With the catchphrase “Green Multi Artist,” Kocchi no Kento has been active as an artist in a wide range of fields, including music, video production and design works since 2019. His sixth single, “Hai, Yorokonde,” released on May 27, 2024 and has more than 169 million views on YouTube, reaching No.1 on the charts not only in Japan but also overseas. At the end of 2024, he won the Best New Artist Award at the 66th Japan Record Awards and made his first appearance at the 75th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen.

“Kekka Orai” will be included in his first physical CD “Kekka Orai EP” to release in Japan on June 18, 2025. Prior to the CD release, the song is now available on digital platforms for streaming and download.

The TV anime adaptation of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, based on the My Hero Academia spin-off manga written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and illustrated by Betten Court, premiered in Japan on April 7, 2025. Crunchyroll is now streaming the first episode “I’m Here” for Premium members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, Indian subcontinent and Southeast Asia.

Koichi Haimawari is a dull college student who aspires to be a hero but has given up on his dream. Although 80% of the world’s population has superhuman powers called Quirks, few are chosen to become heroes and protect people.
