The first part of Left-hand Layup! premiered on Tencent video in China in February 2023, with the second part following in December 2024. The series is described as such:

Xu Xing Ze is an impassioned basketball phenom hoping to become the best there ever was. His dreams of playing on the championship team are dashed when his sister accidentally enrolls him in a lower-ranked school with a similar-sounding name. Now, it’s up to Xu and his ragtag group of friends to prove themselves on the court against some of the top teams and players in the region.
