Announced back in March, a boatload of new information – including additional staff, the main cast, a new trailer and key art – has been revealed for Cute High Earth Defense Club HIGH COLLAR!, the latest animated entry in the Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE! series. The new series will broadcast in Japan on TOKYO MX and BS NTV beginning on July 7, 2025.

HIGH COLLAR Romandan – a 5-person voice unit consisting of Takano, Nagaoka, Kanze, Koike and Kusano – perform the opening theme song song, which is entitled “HIGH COLLAR de GO!!”. Bankara Shineitai – a 3-person voice unit comprised of Maeno, Azakami, and Yamashita – performs the ending theme song, which is entitled “Zankou in your eyes”.
Shinji Takamatsu directs the series at Studio Deen. Takashi Oshima provides the series composition, Ayaka Murakami serves as character designer and chief animation director, and yamazo provides the music with music production by Pony Canyon.

The story revolves around the members of the “Earth Defense Club” aka the “Do Nothing Club” at Binan High School. One day, the club members are soaking in a hot bath together when all of a sudden a mysterious pink wombat appears out of thin air! The wombat asks the members to lend it their help to protect the Earth. At school the next day, each of the club members receives a magical bracelet enveloping them in a dazzling light.
