Alice in Borderland

A new video highlighting Netflix's upcoming slate of Japanese live-action films and series released today featured footage of Alice in Borderland Season 3 and confirmed that the acclaimed adaptation of Haro Aso's action thriller manga will return in 2025. Alice in Borderland director Shinsuke Sato's post on X (formerly Twitter) specifies that the third season will begin streaming in September. Direced by Shinsuke Sato (Kingdom, Bleach live-action) and starring Kento Yamazaki as Ryohei Arisu, Alice in Borderland first premiered in December 2020 and was followed by a second season in December 2022 after the series reached Top 10 streaming in over 70 countries.Netflix streams the series worldwide and described the previous sequel as such:Arisu (Kento Yamazaki) and Usagi (Tao Tsuchiya) try to unravel the mysteries of Borderland to return to the real world.
