Illustrator Yayoi Seki worked on Illustrations and animation in the clip. She wrote on her official X (formerly Twitter) post: "In creating the illustrations, I had the opportunity to draw many of the changes in the girl's expressions and feelings throughout her day!

As reported, the title tune will be featured as the opening theme for the winter 2025 TV anime The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World.She herself wrote the lyrics of the song, while Chiyomaru Shikura, who has collaborated with her since her debut single "Open Your Eyes" (Occultic;Nine ending theme) in 2016, worked on music.Her official website describes "GIVE & TAKE" as "A rock-taste song that combines the feeling of moving fast and heavy sound." The CD single will be released in two editions: a CD DVD edition with a full music video of the song and behind-the-scenes footage, and a CD-only regular edition.
